We have a great opportunity for a Dry Lining Construction Manager working with a dry lining contractor in Central London on a project due to run for circa 40 weeks.
The Projects is across 2 x blocks consisting of a total of 14 floors, with a potential of being moved to a 3rd block after completion.
Scope of works include installing partition walls, 1st / 2nd fix, MFC and taping and jointing. The Site Manager most be competent in all aspect of dry lining.
You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The project is working for a high-end developer who pride themselves on excellent internal finishes who requires someone with an excellent eye for detail.
The ideal Site Manager must have:
- Have extensive dry lining experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering internal 1st / 2nd fix
- Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Construction Manager
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
