The successful CSA Construction Manager will work in a high-performing Engineering Team in London and will support projects across various locations.
CSA Construction Manager Responsibilities
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance (QA) System and conducting project reviews
- Providing technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing, and project bid teams
- Collaborating closely with project teams to determine project requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Establishing and agreeing upon design processes and deliverables
- Leading pre-construction engineering activities, including the production of essential information such as design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, and sub-contract
- Offering off-site technical support to construction teams on projects, which may require occasional site visits.
CSA Construction Manager requirements:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Proactive nature with a strong ability to work independently
- Proficiency in creating method statements and risk assessments
- Experience in managing and interacting with clients, vendors, and contractors
- A proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale projects.
