Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage healthcare projects at various scales, from inception to on-site delivery.
  • Work on large, high-profile hospital projects, while also overseeing smaller, day-to-day initiatives.
  • Ensure project management excellence in programming, resourcing, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to design across all levels, from 1:500 concept designs to detailed 1:50 drawings.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of the latest Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, and leading healthcare design practices. Utilise Revit/BIM in project execution, while effectively communicating in both written and verbal forms.
  • Actively participate in business development and bid submissions, adding value to our growing healthcare portfolio.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in healthcare architecture, particularly with larger-scale (£50m+) projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare planning, design standards, and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM, with strong communication and project leadership skills.
