Package:
- £40,000 -£52,000 p/annum
- Full-time in-office, Monday to Friday

Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head of Interiors to develop and communicate the creative vision for projects
- Conduct comprehensive design research, establishing mood boards, and identifying site-specific details
- Define and oversee materiality, partnering with the materials designer to bring projects to life
- Lead the production and management of drawing packages, specifications, and schedules to the studios high standards
- Manage FF&E schemes, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee procurement, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
- Mentor and guide the team in interior and joinery detailing, ensuring alignment across all RIBA work stages
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of post-graduate experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or corporate interior design
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, FF&E procurement, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, and Photoshop are essential
- Experience in Revit and Enscape are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to engage effectively on-site with contractors
- A keen eye for color, materials, and finishing details, with solid supplier knowledge
- Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design or similar field
