Part II Architectural Assistant Job now available for immediate hire! The opportunity to work on a unique project in Holland Park until July 2025 on a fixed term or freelance contract as the project comes to completion!

Our client is a luxury residential design and development practice that has been established for over 15 years and has completed a wide range of high-end residential houses, and houseboats.

This is an opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join them on-site in Holland Park until July 2025 to help bring this unique project to completion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of 4-5 architects to deliver the final stages of this high-profile project in Holland Park
  • Frequent on-site involvement, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on construction coordination
  • Assist with detailing, technical coordination, and construction elements of the project
  • Work across a range of technical and design solutions, ensuring seamless execution on-site.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
  • Previous experience working on high-end luxury residential projects is required
  • Strong construction and on-site coordination experience
  • Ability to assist with detailing and technical problem-solving
  • Immediate availability is preferred to meet urgent project needs.
