Responsibilities

Primarily supporting the design, development, and deployment of Pega CDH across multiple markets

Contribute to evolution and development of the Pega CDH application in the bank.

Provide necessary governance to ensure alignment with program principles and agreed architectures, including creating and presenting material to relevant governance bodies

Support both the business and engineering teams with regards to elaboration of requirements, creating design documents and capturing and resolving key decisions and risks

Skills

Pega System Architect with strong experience in Pega CDH (just Pega BPM skills will not be sufficient)

Knowledge/experience of Customer Decisioning in general so can apply to existing non-Pega solutions

Google Cloud Platform experience would be an advantage given planned Pega deployments on Cloud

Proven strength in conceptual and logical thinking, ability to abstract information and look at the bigger picture.

Ability to articulate and present solutions at the right level for a wide audience.

Experience of working within a large, complex and geographically dispersed programme
