Our client is a friendly architectural practice with expertise in designing for the healthcare and commercial sectors. Their projects range from internal remodelling, large scale multi-storey additions through to multi-million pound new builds that are typically from 1m-25m in value. They maintain close client contact throughout all stages of their projects and they have established long-term relationships with many clients across the South East. Alongside this, their architectural team provide an extensive skill base that delivers high quality design and experienced delivery for a successful completion.
They are now looking for an ambitious Project Architect/Associate with site and project administration experience to join their growing team.
The Primary requirements:-
Project Architect (8 years +) who has experience running healthcare, laboratory, education or other complex building projects.
Experience in projects of value 500K to 25 million
Client facing experience.
Accomplished at construction drawings, specifications, coordination and contract administration.
Autocad and Revit Proficient.
ADB NHS room database experience is beneficial.
