Project Architect Job in Islington, London

A Project Architect job is available in London, joining an award-winning practice with 2 offices across the UK, with a specialist background in Healthcare, Science and Technology and Higher Education. They are now looking to expand due to new confirmed projects.

Our client is one of the UK's longest-established firms dating back over 100 years, their continued success is due to their focus on delivering cutting-edge facilities within their expertise sectors. They are committed to sustainability and the functionality of the end-user whilst creating aesthetically appealing spaces.



Role & Responsibilities

  • You will be directly reporting to the Project Directors and Associates
  • Working as part of a team to deliver projects across the UK
  • Current projects may require you to occasionally travel to site
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Working across the whole lifecycle of a project
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of UK building regulations and law.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years post part III qualification experience
  • Previous experience on healthcare projects
  • Good communication skills and experience in undertaking briefings with healthcare professionals
  • Experience working in ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
  • Previous experience working in BIM Level 2 is desirable
  • Working knowledge of NHS design guidance HBN's and HTM's.
