Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Salary: Up to 120,000 per annum
Location: London (Hybrid)
Mason Frank has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consulting firm specialising in digital transformation and Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow our Salesforce practice to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Lead pre-sales engagements, technical strategy, and innovative solution design.
- Oversee Salesforce implementations, from architecture to post-launch support.
- Design scalable integrations with third-party systems like ERPs and CRMs.
- Mentor and lead the Salesforce team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms and tools (Apex, Lightning, etc.).
- Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Leadership and mentoring experience with a focus on technical best practices.
- Passion for innovation and staying updated with Salesforce technologies.
- Strong expertise in integration frameworks and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect)
