An accomplished Senior Architect to work as an Assistant for the Vice President to join a smaller architecture practice in Notting Hill. There is great scope for a qualified architect to move away from drawings and to be solely responsible for the operations. The Assistant for Vice President role requires a UK-qualified architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience, combined with previous operations and people management.

Salary is up to £55k -£60k depending on experience.

Assistant to Vice President responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardized forms of agreements and proposals.
  • Prepare resource schedule
  • Analyze officewide profit loss of current and future projects
  • Develop fee proposals based on hourly rates and project staffing requirements through all phases.
  • Allocate staff to projects and identify hiring needs for current and future workloads.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must be a UK-qualified Architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, InDesign, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
