Part 3 Qualified Senior Architect

RGH Global are working with a bespoke architects practice that specialises in creating innovative and sustainable property designs and have establisheda strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects for residential and commercial development in the UK.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part 3 Qualified Architect to join their team on a full-time basis.

As the successful applicant,you will be workingseamlessly with a close-knit team of architects and designers to develop and deliver projects from conception to completion.You will require a strong understanding of UK building regulations and energy efficiency standards, as well as the ability to design and implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for projects

  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with building regulations and energy efficiency standards

  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction

  • Oversee the preparation of planning and building control applications

  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to incorporate into design solutions

  • Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture

  • Part L3 qualification and registration with ARB (Architects Registration Board)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Part 3 Architect

  • Strong understanding of building regulations and energy efficiency standards

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCADand other design software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in sustainable design and BIM (Building Information Modelling) is preferred
