Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part 3 Qualified Architect to join their team on a full-time basis.
As the successful applicant,you will be workingseamlessly with a close-knit team of architects and designers to develop and deliver projects from conception to completion.You will require a strong understanding of UK building regulations and energy efficiency standards, as well as the ability to design and implement sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for projects

Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with building regulations and energy efficiency standards

Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction

Oversee the preparation of planning and building control applications

Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to incorporate into design solutions

Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns
Qualifications and Skills:

Ideally hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture

Part L3 qualification and registration with ARB (Architects Registration Board)

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Part 3 Architect

Strong understanding of building regulations and energy efficiency standards

Proficient in Revit, AutoCADand other design software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in sustainable design and BIM (Building Information Modelling) is preferred
