Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative concepts for luxury hospitality projects.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and provide feedback on implementation drawings.
- Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with external teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and design specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and manage client sign-off processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects
- Degree in Interior Design or a similar relevant field (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Experience in Revit is a plus but not essential
- Confident in their knowledge of FF&E Design
- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects independently
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel for both domestic and international projects
- Expertise in design detailing and the ability to review and approve shop drawings
