Senior Interior Designer

A leading design studio specialising in high-end hospitality including bars, arcades and experiential leisure venues as well as luxury residential interior design is now seeking a Senior Interior Designer. Our client is based in Surrey Quays and offers a salary of up to 35,000 DOE, hybrid working as well as friendly and supportive working environment.

• Take ownership of design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of design and quality
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts, and effectively integrate feedback to achieve desired results

• Experience in leading design projects, with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a must; experience with SketchUp is a plus
• Familiarity with US design standards and previous experience working in the US is advantageous
• Ability to travel in the UK and internationally
• Strong technical skills with a keen attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities

• 50,000 - 55,000 salary (D.O.E.)
