Office:

Duties:
- Take the lead on technical design stages for luxury F&B projects.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, construction details, and specifications with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
- Oversee technical detailing, including bespoke joinery, finishes, and materials for high-end spaces.
- Ensure all design documentation meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and provide support during the implementation stages to address technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar field
- Proven experience delivering high-end F&B or hospitality projects, with a strong focus on technical stages
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to produce accurate technical detailing and construction documentation
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and team members
- Passion for luxury design and a deep understanding of the nuances of high-end F&B interiors
- Excellent communication abilities
