Duties:
- Lead the development of original design concepts and oversee their implementation.
- Manage all stages of a project, including budgets, schedules, and client communications.
- Coordinate with external design teams and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and material boards.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct QA reviews and manage sign-off procedures with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the interior and architectural industry.
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design (or similar field)
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop, with a good understanding of FF&E
- Experience of Revit is beneficial but not essential
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead design teams
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to travel for projects both domestically and internationally
- Strong technical skills in design detailing and construction drawings
