Senior Interior Designer Technical (3-month fixed term contract)

An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer or Senior Technical Designer to join one of Central Londons most prestigious interior design studios, celebrated for creating breathtaking hospitality and luxury hotel interiors. Office:

Hours: 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Hybrid Working, 3 days in and 2 days from home



Duties:

  • Lead and manage the design process for luxury Hotels, Bars & Restaurants interior projects, taking them from concept to completion.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Create 3D models and renderings with SketchUp to bring design concepts to life.
  • Develop polished presentations, mood boards, and documentation using Adobe Suite.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits in London and other locations to oversee the implementation of design solutions.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar field
  • Proven experience in luxury Hospitality projects, bars restaurants or hotels
  • Full proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Revit experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Meticulous eye for detail and functionality
  • Confident running projects and overseeing a team of experienced designers
  • Strong background in designing for luxury hospitality environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
