Office:
Hours: 9:00 am 6:00 pm
Hybrid Working, 3 days in and 2 days from home
Duties:
- Lead and manage the design process for luxury Hotels, Bars & Restaurants interior projects, taking them from concept to completion.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Create 3D models and renderings with SketchUp to bring design concepts to life.
- Develop polished presentations, mood boards, and documentation using Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits in London and other locations to oversee the implementation of design solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar field
- Proven experience in luxury Hospitality projects, bars restaurants or hotels
- Full proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Revit experience is beneficial but not essential
- Meticulous eye for detail and functionality
- Confident running projects and overseeing a team of experienced designers
- Strong background in designing for luxury hospitality environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
