My client is looking for a Senior Architect with strong revit skills to join them ASAP.
This role is in office for the first 4 weeks, and after that point it is hybrid (2/3 days per week in office). They are paying 25 - 30 per hour outside IR35 and for 6 months rolling.

- 10 years post part III. Minimum and in the UK
- RIBA Stage 3 to 7 experience
- Commercial and residential knowledge
- Recent London based experience
- Holistic knowledge of current, new and upcoming Building Regulations (UK)
- Awareness and experience of NSS and LHDG
- Proficient with/in Revit
- Competent in detail design
- Self directing/organising
- Shows Initiative
