Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients
- Provide technical leadership across the full ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps
- Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define client needs and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing key stakeholders and promoting best practices
- Support business development through strategic technical insights and solutioning
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong track record of designing and delivering solutions
- Strong presales experience, including technical presentations and proposal writing
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CTA are highly desirable
