Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to play a key role in shaping their ITSM and ITOM strategy. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead Discovery, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives, working with a collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do:- Design and implement ITSM and ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee platform integrations, ensuring data consistency and efficient workflows.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring consultants and developers.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve ServiceNow capabilities.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, specialising in ITSM or ITOM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HRSD, APM, or SPM is beneficial but not essential.
