Job Description:
As a Site Manager,you will play a pivotal role in overseeing high-end commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and cut & carve projects in Central London. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the successful completion of these projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee high-end commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and cut & carve projects in Central London.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site personnel, including subcontractors, and ensure they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure project goals are met within scope and budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in high-end commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and cut & carve projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management are advantageous.
