Content Delivery Coordinator - TV Production & Distribution

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading TV Production & Distribution Group based in West London. This role is office based, 5 days per week. The company possesses an enviable catalogue of multi-genre programming and distribute content to over 150 countries worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of assets to linear and SVOD licensees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivery of transmission files; metadata, supporting publicity material and paperwork
• Delivery of technical assets and support materials to the Distribution team from international licensees
• Management of the programme metadata master system
• Managing Distribution titles using Vida
• Organising the delivery of transmission files through their facilities house to linear licensees, SVOD services (e.g. Netflix & Amazon) and digital platforms (e.g Roku, Peacock, Pluto and Vimeo)
• Coordinating with the relevant Production to ensure Distribution has all supporting paperwork required by licensees
• Maintaining and updating royalty collection society reporting tables
• Working closely with the in-house Digital Asset Manager to coordinate receipts of international titles and delivery of assets via third party supplier or directly via Vida

I'm interested in speaking to candidates with the following skills/attributes:

• Experience of working in a facilities house, or as Programme Traffic Coordinator at a broadcaster or as Distribution Deliveries Coordinator
• Experience and understanding of the delivery process of transmission files and metadata directly to AVOD, SVOD and EST platforms, as well as delivery to linear TV
• A good working knowledge of different delivery formats/versions
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Silvermouse and PTK BBC compliance tool would be an advantage
