Design Manager – Façade Division
This Central London based main contractor has seen excellent growth and have been awarded three new projects and they have an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to work on London façade projects.
For this Design Manager position you will be you will be responsible for all the façade projects within the specialist division and report to the operations director. The role will be overseeing a range of different types of facades, and it is essential to have a detailed knowledge.
Your role experience of facades will be detailed enough that you will interrogate the design and cover all risk elements of the design. A main contracting career Design Manager or a specialist façade company background could both be suitable. A UK Construction qualification is also essential.
For this Design Manager position, you will be given flexibility for a hybrid working role consisting of 2-3 days working in their office in Central London and 2-3 days working from home. The package and benefits are also very competitive.
