We are working with a market leading and privately owned House Builder and Developer that has been established for over 60 years.
The business typically delivers between 500 & 1000 unit schemes across London and the Southeast.
These are predominantly RC Frame flats, but they also deliver housing schemes. With over 250 members of staff, this is a successful business that has a strong core team of Directors and a successful track record.
The Role:
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Design Manager to deliver a 300+ unit RC Frame and Traditional build project based in North London.
As the Design Manager you will be responsible for managing a Technical Coordinator on the project.
This role will be split between office and site.
Experience in both RC Frame and Traditional schemes would be beneficial.
