DESIGN MANAGER

GREENWICH, SOUTH WEST LONDON

1 YEAR CONTRACT

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a Tier 1 Contractor based in the UK, who have a requirement for a Design Manager to join them on a 1-year contract.

For this Design Manager role, you will be based on site in Greenwich 3 days per week, and have the opportunity to spend 2 days working from home. You will be working on a £30m healthcare project and oversee a Document Controller and an Assistant Design Manager. 

Your responsibilities as a Design Manager will include managing the design process, ensure design information is of the right quality, and strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.

This role will suit Design Managers with a minimum of 5 years Main Contractor experience.
