They are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a new project in North West London consisting of 380 units in a mixed-use high-rise RC Frame development.
The total value of the project is £110 million, and the Design Manager will have a Design Coordinator reporting into them for support.
Candidates must have experience with design lead RC Frame developments valued at over £100 million.
The position offers a basic salary between £85,000 and £95,000, along with a full package and bonus system.

Our client is seeking applicants who have design lead RC Frame developments in excess of 100m.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 85k - 95k + full package and bonus system on top.
