Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Oversee the development of comprehensive MEP designs, ensuring compliance with international and local standards.
- Team Coordination: Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration with architectural, structural, and interior design departments to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring all designs meet the company's rigorous standards.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP design matters, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into functional designs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into the design process.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; an MBA is advantageous.
- Experience: 15–25 years in MEP design, with at least 5 years in the Gulf region.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit is a plus. Familiarity with industry-standard software and codes.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
- Professional Membership: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
