Asbestos Surveyor

Salary: 30,000 - 38,900 + Benefits

Our client is a thriving, independently run Asbestos Consultancy known for delivering top-notch asbestos surveying, consultancy, and project management services to a diverse range of clients across both the public and private sectors. Due to ongoing growth, they're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join their busy commercial team.

• Qualifications: You must have the relevant asbestos certifications (BOHS P402).
• Experience: At least 6 months of field experience in asbestos surveying.
• Other Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of HSG264.
  • Flexibility to commute and handle any out-of-hours work as needed.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you'll be involved in:

• Surveying: Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties, including domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Reporting: Compiling detailed and comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
• Compliance: Ensuring all work meets UKAS standards and aligns with HSG:264.
• Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Support: Assisting with any queries and providing technical support as needed.
