Are you a skilled Asbestos Surveyor?
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our team, covering various locations across London. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of 40,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting asbestos surveys in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Producing accurate and detailed asbestos survey reports.
Identifying asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and evaluating their risk.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in line with relevant industry standards and legislation.
Providing advice and guidance on asbestos-related issues to clients and stakeholders.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of asbestos regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Must hold P402 certification (Asbestos Surveying).
Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, with a strong understanding of asbestos regulations and standards.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving license is required for site travel.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
