A Mobile Plant Operator is needed for a temporary to permanent contract with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The position offers an hourly rate of £14.45, which translates to an annual salary of £27,796.28.
Candidates must have experience operating heavy plant machinery, such as a loading shovel or 360 grab, and experience with a baler machine is desirable.
During the initial training period of 2 to 4 weeks, candidates will not be allowed to drive machinery and will be responsible for keeping the work area clean and safe.

Mobile Plant Operator required to start on a temp too perm contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm. Hourly rate is 14.45.

Please be aware that you will not able to drive machinery until full training has been completed, and during this time the candidate will be expected to keep the area clean, clear and safe. (2 - 4 weeks).

Duties:

Loading Artic trailers with various waste streams
Sorting waste with JCB grab (mechanical digger)
Running baler
Loading bale lorries with JCB Teletruck
Cleaning of working areas
Maintenance and cleaning of mobile plant
Focus on meeting and exceeding recycling targets
Contributing to the reporting of safety concerns
