The back office system is owned by you - ensuring the fact-finding, ATR, anti-money laundering checks are up to date and compliant, and navigating the business submission procedures with precision, your attention to detail will be the cornerstone of the teams success.

Critical Tasks

  1. Fact Find & Attitude to Risk & Anti Money Laundering check created each advice case as per system and ahead of when needed by Paraplanner.
  2. Send, chase, fetch and review all Letter of Authority information within 2 weeks.
  3. Complete all delegated actions from Paraplanner & Adviser within 1 day.
  4. Compile & review daily checks by 09:25 each day for Paraplanner sign off.
  5. Assemble Green advice files on Intelligent Office to team standard.

The Details

  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30).
  • Location: Hybrid working, with flexibility to work from the London office as needed.
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 starting salary, with growth potential based on performance and commitment.
