Sonic Summary

We are recruiting for an Assistant Asset Manager with Commercial Property experience, specifically in Landlord & Tenant roles.
This position is a rolling contract with the UK Government, lasting until the end of March 2025, with the possibility of extension.
The role requires candidates to have at least 1 day per week in either Birmingham or London, with hybrid working options.
Essential skills include public sector experience in commercial property, understanding of Intra Government Occupancy Agreements, and stakeholder management skills; MRICS is a plus.
