Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Asset Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is central to ensuring the successful rollout and management of IT hardware, including laptops and mobile devices (iPhones), for a high-profile project.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning.
  • Capture and maintain accurate data for all hardware, including device serial numbers and other key details.
  • Support the rollout of laptops and mobile devices, ensuring seamless delivery and tracking.
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in hardware asset management.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in hardware asset management.
  • Strong understanding of IT rollouts, particularly with laptops and mobile devices (iPhones).
  • Expertise in data capture and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working within the accounting/financial sector


Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Rate: Competitive, outside IR35
  • Location: Central London (onsite, 5 days per week)
