Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Asset Manager to join their team on a long term contractual basis in London to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate would be able to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Stock room management

Stock balance and location audits

Phone line management across EMEA

Hardware lifecycle and health management

New joiner and exit management

Asset tagging of all equipment

Imaging and provisioning of devices

Deployment and retrieval of hardware.

 

Preferred Experience

Active Directory – user management is key

SCCM – Managing and deploying applications

Multi-factor authentication – Okta would be great but understanding of MFA is more important than the tool.

Citrix – Knowledge of using Citrix Director

ServiceNow – Incident and request management. ITIL knowledge would be nice here also.

Experience with hardware asset management.

Character and personality for the role:

Exceptionally strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills – time management, being part of projects, clear track record of problem solving duties.

A passion for learning and personal growth, with a drive to bring value to the team – we want someone to not just participate, but be brave, be proactive, has a personal care for Technology.

Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on projects – ideally someone who is adept at working with autonomy and also collaborate, would prefer someone who has history of support in a Global team.

Ability to work effectively with little direction, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness.
