Property and Asset Manager

Are you in a Chartered Commercial Property Manager with an interest in Asset Management?

We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded Asset Management firm, seeking to hire an ambitious Senior Surveyor to take on a hybrid Property and Asset Management role in North London.

We are looking for a Property and Asset Manager 1-3 years PQE (Senior Surveyor) and the salary on offer will depend on your experience.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into the Managing Director. You will be responsible for a commercial, outer London portfolio of Industrial, Office and retail assets with a rent roll of £6 million.

The successful applicant will be familiar with commercial property management, service charge and the theory behind L&T, rent reviews and lease renewals as a minimum expectation. In return, the MD is willing to upskill you in areas of Asset Management which may be new to you.
