Job Title: Senior Asset Manager

Minimum 10 years of Real Estate experience, in any capacity is required

Permanent - Full Time

Salary:£65,000-£85,000 plus commission

Role Summary: Workingalongside an innovative property and technology led company you will be tasked with managing a wide range of assets, with varied clients and growing the company.

Company: EuroCar Parks has been in operation for over 48 years, specialising in dynamic and market leading, technology led car park management. We operate across all market sectors covering the whole of the UK and Ireland with over 3000 sites in operation. We currently have an exciting opportunity to lead an innovative and dynamic team, becoming a key part of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appraise asset management and investment opportunities
  • Be able to engage with occupiers directly as required
  • Progress asset management initiatives directly and delegate to wider advisory team as appropriate
  • Engage and liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service
  • Providing dynamic and creative ideas that can lead the team forward
  • Sourcing, identifying and qualifying leads
  • Developing new leads from start to finish
  • Fostering relationships with clients over a period of time
  • To be able to understand instructions and to deliver on targets set
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently
  • Work with asset management team grow income and create value across a muti-sector and UK wide portfolio

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
  • Ability to be self-motivated and engaged with the team

Technical Skills:

  • Computer literate (Word and Excel) training is provided
  • Language skills an advantage but not essential
