Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker with a passion for high-net-worth clients to join a renowned HNW Mortgage Broker firm based in Islington. You will gain invaluable experience in providing expert mortgage advice to discerning individuals and families.

Main Duties:

  • Work closely with experienced HNW Mortgage Brokers within a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of high-net-worth mortgage products and lending criteria.
  • Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients with complex needs, including high-value mortgages, buy-to-let, and specialist lending.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the team.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Essential: Full or Part CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven sales experience within financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients (desirable, but not essential).
