About the Role:

As a Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising classes, delivering pre-set lessons, and maintaining a productive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with their academic and emotional needs.
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Assisting teachers and support staff with daily classroom activities.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement from students.

What We Are Looking For:
