About the Role:
As a Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes, delivering pre-set lessons, and maintaining a productive learning environment.
- Supporting students with their academic and emotional needs.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assisting teachers and support staff with daily classroom activities.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement from students.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their well-being.
- Previous experience working in schools or with children is desirable but not essential.
