Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage structural engineering design projects, acting as the principal point of contact.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying new opportunities and winning work.
- Develop and inspire a team of engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and technical accuracy.
- Contribute to the assessment and justification of existing structures alongside new-build designs.

What They're Looking For:

- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and a Chartered Engineer (CEng - ICE/IStructE)
- Extensive experience in the design of reinforced concrete structures
- Strong working knowledge of structural analysis software such as SCIA or TEKLA.
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering complex designs.
- Established network of contacts within London's construction property market, including architects, contractors, and professional practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling proposals and deliver engaging presentations.
- Leadership skills, including business development, client relationship management, and team motivation.
