Role Summary

The position focuses on:

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Lead and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Foster new business prospects.
  • Provide strategic, high-quality advice and analysis.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior staff, guiding their professional development.
  • Ensure consistent quality in team deliverables.

Business Development

  • Support marketing initiatives for the built environment practice.
  • Drive efforts to secure new client accounts.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee communications, public affairs, and consultation campaigns.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience: 6+ years in a communications/public affairs role, preferably in a consultancy or in-house environment.
  • Expertise: Proven ability in managing accounts, delivering campaigns, and navigating the built environment, planning, or public affairs landscape.
  • Interests: A strong passion for the built environment, current affairs, storytelling, politics, policy, and digital campaigning.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing abilities with attention to detail, and experience in line management.
  • Work Style: Thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment.
