- Planning operatives work within online diary. be your next position.

- Creating quotations, booking appointments, liaising with clients and colleagues via telephone and email.
- Using bespoke software tailored to our industry to keep records up to date.
- Assisting Directors and Manager with administrative tasks.
- Utilize project management software to maintain project documentation
Skills;
- Proficiency in MS applications. To include Word, Outlook, Excel, with experience of Visio being a bonus.
- Experience using a CRM is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Quick learning, computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
