Repairs Planner wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector

My client is looking for an experienced repairs planner to join them in their rapidly growing responsive maintenance team. Working in our Tottenham Hale office based only a stones throw away from Tottenham Hale train station. You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager, liaising closely with the client and operatives.

Working for a reputable housing associations with over 15 contracts in and around London alone, affiliated with many local councils and main contractors working alongside them helping to build a better community

The ideal candidate for the Repairs Planner role must have the following: 
 
Relevant planning experience
Excellent communication skills
Repairs knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment/meet tight deadlines

Day to day duties for the Repairs Planner role would include:

  • Allocating and scheduling in works for operatives
  • Organising operatives diaries
  • Data entry
  • Emails
  • Call-handling

This would be on a temp-perm basis, you would be working through the agency for 3-6 months before a permanent contract is offered. 

Pay would be weekly and equivalent to £30k per year.
