Our client is a UK based business information publishing and events company! On the events side they have both virtual and in-person events and magazines covering all the sectors they work in, which is B2B!

JOB PURPOSE

As an Exhibition Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales effort across 2 Exhibitions . Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by overseeing a small but dedicated sales team, developing sales strategies, and nurturing relationships with exhibitors and sponsors. You will work closely with founder and CEO as well as other members of the management team to ensure the successful execution of sales plans and achieve the company's financial targets.

  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in exhibition sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
    • Knowledge of the exhibition and trade show industry, including current trends and best practices.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent work ethic/self-driven
    • Good team player /Positive disposition
