Exhibitions Sales Manager 

We're looking for an Exhibitions Sales Manager to join a leading B2B media organisation working on an excellent portfolio with one event growing by 25% year-over-year, and another turning around dramatically after a venue change, resulting in higher visitor density and strong re-bookings. 

The position offers flexible working—two days in their London office, three from home—and a competitive salary of up to £40K, with an OTE of £52K.

The role involves both telephone and face-to-face sales, with responsibilities ranging from pipeline management to effective selling and floor plan management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving stand revenue, yield, and sponsorship targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing potential exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Managing all records on the CRM system, ensuring accuracy.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B media or event sales.
  • Proven negotiation and cold-calling skills.
  • Experience managing floor plans and rebooking clients.
  • A track record of hitting sales targets and building strong business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
