Required Skills & Experience for a New Homes Sales Negotiator:

Sales Experience:Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly within the new homes sector, and estate agency demonstrating a solid understanding of sales techniques and client engagement.

Bilingual Communication SkillsFluent in Mandarin (Cantonese is a bonus), with a good command of English to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
