Project Sales Manager: London Region Established almost 25 years this high-end Lighting company offers a full turnkey solution, ensuring support from concept, design, completion and beyond working with architects, lighting designers and specifiers. Responsibilities To carry out customer and site visits as and when required to promote the Company and its Partners within our market sector Develop a network of trusted professionals both clients and partners Preparation of quotations and technical reports etc. to an agreed brief within mutually agreed deadlines To follow up quotations to agreed dates to ensure customer understanding and acceptance and fully interact with colleagues and partners to ensure maximum commercial benefit for the Company Ensure post order performance to an agreed standard to provide customer satisfaction and to adequately protect the Company’s interest Provide technical information to colleagues and customers in whatever form is required. Maximise the Company’s chance of obtaining orders at good profit levels by considering all aspects of design, application and commercial and contractual issues Taking the initiative to improve the company’s products or services and to assist in finding new ways to improve the company offering to effectively execute new products and strategies to increase customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and referrals. A strong network of clients within the London region and a background in Lighting Project Specification sales is required. Significant salary on offer along with an un-capped commission arrangement and other benefits.
