Sales Director - Capital Equipment (Post, Parcel & E-commerce Unit)

The role:

Leading the sales strategy and driving growth in the £40mpa post, parcel and e-commerce business unit. This high impact role requires a dynamic leader with a history in capital equipment sales, who can expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development - Identify and target high-value customers, including large E-Commerce logistics firms, postal carriers, and 3PLs

Engagement & Customer Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Market & Competitor Analysis - identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Track competitive landscape and provide insights into pricing strategies, and new opportunities

The person:

  • In-depth understanding of parcel, postal, and E-Commerce logistics
  • Expertise in high-value contract negotiations and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills / personal credibility building relationships across all stakeholders
  • An ability to translate technical features into customer benefit
