?? Experienced sales leader with solid UC experience, who can get to grips quickly with my clients offerings and technology.

?? Whilst leading a team of specialist sellers, you'll also hold a target and need a record of managing sales pipeline and achieving against monthly sales commitments.

?? You will have experience of creating and managing sales revenue and margin forecasts.

?? You will have a career history that shows you have exceeded your sales targets consistently and you will have built and maintained strong client relationships.

?? Previously you have lead a successful sales team and have gained trust and respect in the businesses you have worked in.

?? You possess a robust can-do attitude and hold honesty and ethics in high regard, and you exhibit strong leadership skills through personal responsibility, accountability and team work.

Role

? Leading a small team of specialist sellers and having responsibility for team performance and monthly revenue commitments.

? Ownership and production of sales revenue and margin forecasts.

? You will also be accountable for achieving a sales target and your performance will be measured against this on a quarterly basis.

? You will develop accounts plans and selling strategies for each account (new and existing).

? You will be responsible for generating sales with our existing customers and hunting for new customer relationships, whilst you pursue, negotiate, and close cross-sell opportunities.

? You will work closely with Solution Architects and the Sales Operations team on deal registration, maintaining the sales pipeline, pricing, contract management and leading the sales process towards our customers.

? You will own the completion of sales proposals.

Success in this role- looks like....

?Ability to accurately forecast and manage a pipeline.

?You may have relationships with channel partners and service providers from former roles and also have relationships with end customers as part of former roles.

?You will have a track record of working within and leading a small team of sales professionals as well as Sales admin etc.

?An expert at managing customer expectations and representing our customers interests and ensuring that we always put the customers interests first.

?Strong teamwork skills and able to work under own initiative.
