- Ensuring AML checks and customer due diligence are completed prior to exchange.
- Managing and monitoring sales progression, working closely with solicitors and sales consultants.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to enquiries, tracking results to improve outcomes.
- Preparing and issuing ATE and Assignment/Extension packs for Director approval.
- Monitoring purchasers' stage payments and ensuring all due diligence checks are completed on time.
- Attending completion meetings and collaborating with Finance and Customer Service teams to coordinate completion arrangements.
- Providing ongoing administrative support to site-based sales consultants.
- Preparing and distributing all necessary documentation for new developments, including Legal Handbooks.
