Showroom Sales Manager | Luxury Interiors Business | LondonHarmonic is excited to be working with a luxury interiors business in their search for a Showroom Manager. They are looking for an individual who can confidently welcome clients into the showroom, represent and maintain the high standard of the brand, and manage the full order process. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team based in London that sources extraordinary materials, offer their Studio Manager the chance to engage with a diverse range of clients and tasks on a daily basis and reporting directly to the founder.As a big name in the luxury furniture and lighting space, our client is a key supplier to many of the world's greatest designers and architects. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, confident and proactive as well as a strong background in the industry. Great organizational skills are vital, but the client would also like a sales-driven individual who has the ability to effectively communicate with key clients. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and building relationships with clients.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of the products.
  • Maintaining the CRM system.
  • Managing the high standard of the showroom.
  • Handling the end-to-end sales process.
  • Taking responsibility for sampling ang organising shipping.

What the client would like to see:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the interiors industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrated through past roles.
  • Takes initiative and ownership of the showroom, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to tackle challenges, contributing to the ongoing growth and improvement of processes and systems as the business scales.
  • Comfortable working on a Mac, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
