A luxury British design company, specialising in bespoke furniture and lighting is looking for a proactive Showroom Sales Manager to help grow UK and international sales from the London office. This client collaborate with renowned interior designers and architects worldwide, creating elegant, high-end interiors with expertly crafted pieces made by master artisans.This role would suit an experienced, customer-focused leader who is passionate about design, organised, and skilled at building long-term professional relationships.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a prestigious brand within the luxury interiors industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop UK and international sales through the London showroom.
  • Respond to telephone and website inquiries, passing leads to the relevant sales teams as needed.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Plan and manage showroom events throughout the year and attend industry exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with designers on visual merchandising schemes and maintain showroom presentation standards.
  • Proactively source and establish new business leads via networking, phone, and email.
  • Manage client appointments and encourage showroom visits.
  • Handle quotes, orders, and address any client issues.
  • Oversee showroom inventory, brochures, samples, and other materials.
  • Coordinate press loans and manage client databases, marketing campaigns, and invitations.
  • Provide sales support to colleagues when necessary and perform additional duties as required by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous sales experience within the luxury interiors industry, with strong knowledge of top international interior design practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong people skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Competent in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
  • Driven by financial targets, with strong business acumen.
  • Professional, positive, and persuasive with excellent negotiation abilities.
